AUTHORITY dms is an application designed by a housing authority for housing authorities to manage, process, and track all development projects and funds from award through compliance. The flexible platform also allows non-profits, developers, and owners to submit applications, generate claims, and report compliance data regardless of funding source.
The online reporting system offers transparency. Now developers and owners can see when and why a project is out of compliance in real time, improving customer service. Claims are submitted electronically for review by project staff. As a claim moves through the approval process, accounting staff can also track funds and award balances and reconcile submitted claims with actual disbursements.
